Where to buy the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom or Pro drones? DJI, Amazon, Adorama, B&H, BestBuy or NewEgg?

So, you’ve watched the reviews on YouTube. You went over the specs. And now you have made up your mind about which DJI Mavic 2 drone to buy (we ordered the Pro). The only question that remains is, where do you go to buy the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom or Pro drones? If you took this quiz, you will have received a coupon for priority shipping. If you didn’t, well you probably still will want to order through DJI as they have the drones in stock and ship really fast. We got ours on Monday the 27th, only days after the ‘See the Bigger Picture‘ event. Of course, you can also order thru Adorama, B&H and potentially save the sales tax. Or shop at Amazon, NewEgg or BestBuy.

Order through DJI to get your drone fast

If you want your new drone quickly (and who doesn’t?!?!) I would recommend ordering through DJI as they have plenty in inventory and ship really fast.

  • The DJI Mavic 2 Pro is $1,449
  • The DJI Mavic 2 Zoom is $1,249
  • The Fly More Kit is $319 and can be bought separately and/or later

Adorama

Adorama offer will save you the sales tax if your shipping address is outside of New York or New Jersey. They will also offer you free expedited shipping, however as of the posting of this article, you can only pre-order the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom or Pro. Adorama offers financing through an Adorama credit card or PayPal. Adorama also offers you a trade up program so you can get some money for your old drone and use that toward the purchase of the new Mavic 2 Zoom or Pro.

B&H Photo Video

B&H offers you similar benefits. No sales tax outside of New York or New Jersey. Free shipping. But they also offer complete protection against drops and spills (insurance) on your drone through Square Trade (an Allstate Company) for $449 for two-year coverage on a DJI Mavic 2 Pro for instance.

Amazon

Amazon offers free and fast shipping for Amazon Prime members. They offer financing through an Amazon credit card. However, they will not be able to ship the new DJI Mavic 2 Zoom and Pro drones until September 3rd… Not cool.

BestBuy

BestBuy lists the new DJI Mavic 2 Zoom and Pro drones on their website as well but they do not expect to be shipping it until September 7th.

Newegg

Newegg offers the DJI Mavic 2 Pro as well and claims that they have them in stock BUT orders are fulfilled through the official DJI store. Not sure if this will mean that you get your aircraft any faster.

Wellbots

If you’re looking to get the lowest possible price on the new DJI Mavic 2 Zoom or Pro drone, then go to our partner Wellbots and use discount code NEW20. This will get you $20 off the drone or $40 off if combined with the Fly More Kit (basically two orders with discounts on both: one for the drone and one for the kit). Wellbots will be shipping mid to late next week. Sometimes, a little patience goes a long way!
