New FlyGuys app sends real-time drone mission alerts

FlyGuys, an online marketplace for reality data capture, has launched a new tool that puts drone missions directly into the hands of pilots — literally. The company has announced the release of the FlyGuys Pilot App, a mobile app designed to make mission management faster, easier, and more convenient for drone operators across the US.

The app is packed with features that let pilots stay ahead of the game. From real-time mission notifications to one-tap interest submissions, it’s now easier than ever for drone operators to view and manage job opportunities on the go. No need to log in from a desktop — just open the app, check out the mission, and tap if you’re interested.

FlyGuys’ Senior VP of Product, Kevin Jurica, adds that the app was built based on feedback from drone pilots. “Our goal is to provide them with the tools they need to work smarter, not harder. With this app, pilots have mission opportunities right at their fingertips,” he says.

Other handy features include profile management, where pilots can update their equipment lists and documents, helping them stay ready for any assignment.

FlyGuys operates a nationwide network of certified drone pilots and connects them with clients who need high-quality data — from aerial photography to 3D mapping. With this new app, the company is making sure pilots never miss an opportunity to fly and earn.
