We were at the NYC Drone Film Festival last year and it was amazing to see the videos people create with drones. Especially when you watch them on a large cinema screen. This year is already the 5th NYC Drone Film Festival and it will be held at the Libert Science Center in NJ on March 1st and 2nd, 2019. Yes, that is this upcoming Friday and Saturday. The 5th NYC Drone Film Festival
The New York City Drone Film Festival is the world’s first event dedicated to celebrating the art of drone cinematography by showing the best drone films in the world on the big screen. The festival offers an international platform for filmmakers from every corner of the globe to exhibit their work in front of industry professionals and the drone community. The 5th annual New York City Drone Film Festival will take place on March 1st & 2nd 2019.

PLEASE NOTE:
- There will be two screenings at 7:30pm on Friday, March 1st. The main screening will be in the Jennifer Chalsty Planetarium with a live host. At the same time, additional viewing will be available in the Joseph D. Williams Science Theater across hall where the program will be shown via live telecast.
- Tickets purchased for Friday, March 1st will include admission to ALL activities on that day only.
- Admission to the Day of Drones Class Series on Saturday, March 2nd must be purchased separately from Friday, March 1st event tickets.
- Admission to Liberty Science Center is NOT included with the Day of Drones Class Series ticket. Buy LSC admission here or at the door when entering the museum on March 2.
- Day of Drones Class Series information can be found HERE.
- Day of Drones Class Series tickets include access to a screening of Jordan Rubin’s THE DRONE which is a feature-length R rated movie.
- Parking at LSC is free on Friday, March 1, after 4:00 pm. On Saturday, March 2, parking is $7 per car.
