Heven — the go-to name in hydrogen-powered drones — has announced it’s acquiring Zepher Flight Labs (ZFL). The result? A powerhouse team of innovators ready to shape the future of unmanned flight.
Heven has already been turning heads with its modular, high-endurance drones that can fly for over 10 hours. Now, with Zepher’s expertise in quick-launch, VTOL drones that are built for both military and commercial missions, Heven is aiming even higher.
“This isn’t just a win for us — it’s a win for every customer looking for next-level drone performance,” says Bentzion Levinson, Heven’s CEO. “With Zepher onboard, we can offer more flexible, durable, and mission-ready drones than ever before.”
Zepher’s team will join forces with Heven’s Miami-based crew to build drones that are lighter, faster to deploy, and easier to fix in the field. Together, they’re planning a fleet of ultra-reliable, always-ready drones that can tackle anything from border security to supply drops — no runway needed.
ZFL’s CEO Adam Stolz is equally pumped. “Teaming up with Heven means we can accelerate what we’ve always aimed to do: push drone technology to the edge of what’s possible.”
This big move follows Heven’s February launch of Raider, a beast of a hydrogen-powered drone that carries up to 50 pounds with barely any downtime. It also comes after their recent partnership with Mach Industries to ramp up drone production in the US, and the rollout of Heven Border Solutions.
