BRINC offers $15K per drone to help agencies upgrade tech

Seattle-based drone maker BRINC has launched a new discount program called BRINC Beyond. The program is tailored to help public safety agencies transition from generic, off-the-shelf drones to BRINC’s purpose-built drones designed specifically for emergency response missions. And here’s the kicker — no trade-ins are required.

BRINC, known for innovations like the Responder and Lemur 2 drones, aims to provide affordable, future-ready technology that doesn’t break the bank or disrupt operations. Here’s how BRINC Beyond promises to make that happen.

Public safety agencies can receive up to $15,000 in credits for each non-purpose-built drone in their existing fleet. It doesn’t matter who made the drone or where it came from — if it’s in the fleet, it qualifies. But that’s not all. BRINC guarantees to match competitor credits, ensuring agencies get the best deal possible.

The cherry on top? Agencies don’t even have to part with their current drones. BRINC’s program allows them to keep using their existing fleet while scaling up with purpose-built drones. This phased approach minimizes downtime and ensures a seamless transition.

BRINC says it’s new initiative is important because, for years, public safety agencies have relied on enterprise-grade drones designed for general use. But as technology advances and regulations tighten, these drones are falling short of modern needs. On the other hand, BRINC’s specialized drones, come equipped with several noteworthy features, including:

  • Glass-breaking capabilities for urgent indoor access.
  • Two-way audio for hostage or crisis negotiations.
  • Emergency lights and sirens to assist in search and rescue missions.
  • AED delivery systems for life-saving medical interventions.

With these tools, agencies can handle emergencies more effectively and safely. Add to that BRINC’s commitment to supporting agencies across the US, as seen in their recent production and team expansions, and the case for transition becomes crystal clear.

As such, the genius of BRINC Beyond lies in its understanding of public safety’s unique challenges. BRINC’s team brings over 300 years of combined experience in the field, and it shows. By offering flexible, cost-effective solutions, the company is empowering agencies to adopt new technologies without sacrificing operational readiness.

“At BRINC, we understand that agencies need support as they navigate the challenges of transitioning to new technologies,” says Blake Resnick, CEO of BRINC. “With BRINC Beyond, we’re attempting to minimize the financial and operational barriers of this process, empowering agencies to adopt drone solutions designed for their missions today.”
