Motorsport photographer Amanda Leeming mounted an Insta360 ONE R action camera with the 360 mod onto a superbike during the British Superbike Championship. The Insta360 ONE R was mounted to Peter Hickman’s Smiths Racing BMW S1000RR superbike.
Insta360 has updated its ONE R modular action camera, improving the video and audio along with adding webcam mode to compete with GoPro’s webcam mode. The update has also removed the .insv video format to .mp4 while recording in Pro mode.

Insta360 has released its latest camera, the Insta360 ONE R, a modular 3-in-1 action camera giving users choice in the way they want to capture video. The ONE R has a 1-inch camera sensor module, a 360 camera module, and a standard wide-angle module. I’m interested to see where this new take on the action camera goes.
