The Thunderbird Drone Festival, taking place August 13-14, 2021, in Woodward, Oklahoma, will showcase drone filmmakers from all over the world, along with FPV drone races, a scavenger hunt from the air, and a drone technology expo.

After the NYC Drone Film Festival and the Boston Drone Film Festival, we now have the inaugural Southern California Drone Film Festival. The event will take place on October 3rd of this year in Fullerton, California. There are 14 different categories for which you can submit your aerial footage or photo starting today!
The New York City Drone Film Festival has been around for the past five years, showcasing some of the best drone videos from around the world. This year NYCDFF decided to join forces with a large online drone video community, AirVuz, that has also been around for the past five years. With both of these forces coming together, will this create the most impactful drone film festival yet?
DJI, Peugeot, and the Diaoyutai Mansion Frankfurt partner to bring you the Drone Film Festival for 2018 and 2019. There are four categories in which you can submit your video: Sports, Landscape, Story Telling and Experimental. The festival is in its third year now. Last year it had over 400 films submitted. The twelve finalists will be invited to Frankfurt in Spring 2019 in the Diaoyutai Mansion Frankfurt for the grand finale.
