It has been another jam-packed year for DJI with lots of product releases spread across its consumer and enterprise lines. But what will be the first product that DJI unveils in 2023? Well, if the company’s recent paperwork with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is any indication, DJI could release not one but two new products very soon.

DJI’s FPV Goggles V2 with digital image transmission are now available at 25% off the typical retail price. This price drop has presumably been done in preparation for the rumored release of the DJI Avata CineWhoop-style mini FPV drone.

So your brand spanking new DJI FPV Combo has arrived. You’re thrilled. You open the new box and pull out those goggles. You read the instructions and try to get everything going. And then? They don’t work.

As you’ve likely heard, DJI sort of released its upgraded digital FPV goggles. We say sort of because the product appeared in the store and then promptly disappeared again. Some influencers, however, have already had a look.

We’re going to go out on a limb and speculate that the impending release of DJI’s FPV drone could come with improved goggles. And we’ll share our reasoning here.
