The US military has ordered the development of tiny microdrones, whose shape and flapping wing movements will replicate insect flight. The super-small craft will provide incredible stealth in information gathering, and surveillance missions intended to really bug enemies.

Most first-person-view (FPV) drones have poor-quality small cameras. That’s why I was so excited when the Insta360 GO came out last year. This camera is about the size of your thumb, weighs just 20 grams (0.7 ounce), and records some pretty steady 1080p HD footage. The one drawback was limited recording time, which has now been fixed.

West Australian YouTuber, Andrew Murphy has released a video using a micro drone to weave through gym equipment. Giving us a fun new perspective of a place we all know a little too well. Drones are becoming smaller allowing for tighter shots and greater storytelling ability, proven by this video.
