Yesterday, we saw a video and photos of DJI’s upcoming Matrice 300 enterprise drone, which is due to be announced on May 7th. Today we have been able to take a look at some of the specs the new drone will have, thanks to leaker OsitaLV.
DJI has announced its latest enterprise product will be launched on the May 7th, likely the DJI Matrice 300 drone and new camera modules. Ahead of that, a video of the new drone has emerged on Twitter showing various design changes and improvements.
Through the rumor mill we have been informed that the FCC filing for the DJI Matrice 300 or M300 have Already been submitted with a 60-day-secrecy cycle. Based on this news we are confident that the successor for the M200/210 will be introduced in the US before the end of April. Originally we had said before the end of February, but it seems that the Coronavirus outbreak may have delayed the launch.
DJI has had a busy week with the next generation RoboMaster EP and the DJI Mavic drone being leaked, and we aren’t done yet! Today we managed to get our hands on the patent information for what looks to be a new dual vision camera, likely coming out with the DJI Matrice 300 series this year.
We have heard through the grapevine that the DJI Smart Controller will work with the DJI Matrice 300. Currently, the DJI Smart Controller only works with the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom, DJI Mavic 2 Pro and the DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise series.
Today, we received another confirmation that the DJI Matrice 300 release is planned for the end of February. This enterprise drone will have a new feature in its transmission system, and two of these new unmanned aircraft have already arrived in DJI’s offices in California.
New DJI Matrice 300 (or M300) specifications and information has been leaked exclusively to DroneDJ before the launch of this new enterprise drone late February. The M300 will be accompanied by a brand new hybrid thermal camera called the DJI Zenmuse H20.

CES 2020 in Las Vegas was a great place to meet up with people in the drone industry and you always learn something new. One of the things we picked up this time, is that the DJI Matrice 300 is rumored to be launched in late February.
