The first shipment from Autel Robotics’ new drone series, EVO Lite and EVO Nano, has finally arrived at the US warehouse and should reach distribution partners in the next few days. Unlike Autel’s previous enterprise and prosumer offerings, these drones are meant for beginners and veterans alike. Autel SkyCommand Center enables remote drone control, live video monitoring

To simplify drone operations for its enterprise customers, Autel has launched a new flight-control platform. Called the SkyCommand Center, the platform allows remote operators to schedule missions and manage tasks for their drones through a computer or mobile device. They can also monitor live video in real time and access the recorded flight data at their convenience.

Autel Robotics has officially announced a mid-range drone series, EVO Lite, to bridge the gap between the sub-250-gram EVO Nano and the popular EVO II drones. With a maximum flight time of 40 minutes, the drone series comes in two options: The EVO Lite, which features a 1/1.28-inch CMOS sensor capable of 50MP stills and 4K video, and the EVO Lite+, which comes with a 1-inch CMOS camera sensor capable of 6K video and 20MP stills.

Autel announces EVO Nano and Nano+ with advanced obstacle avoidance

Autel Robotics has announced its smallest and lightest drones yet. Weighing only 249g, the heavily leaked Autel EVO Nano drone series provides three-way obstacle avoidance with binocular vision sensors. It comes in two options: the Nano, which features a 1/2-inch CMOS camera sensor, and the Nano+, which is equipped with a 1/1.28-inch CMOS sensor. The maximum flight time is 28 minutes.

The drone manufacturer will be introducing two new products next week: The sub-250-gram beginner’s drone Autel Nano, and the Autel EVO Lite that is aimed at professional content creators, aka the main target market of DJI Air 2S.

Autel releases EVO II Enterprise drones with spotlight, speaker accessories; see prices

Autel Robotics is shoring up its commercial fleet for professional missions with EVO II Enterprise drones. The company is bringing out two new products: EVO II Pro Enterprise with 6K ultra-HD video, and EVO II Dual 640T Enterprise that comes with a thermal imaging sensor in addition to a visual camera. Both drones are compatible with swappable accessories like a loudspeaker, spotlight, strobe, and an RTK module.
